Behaviour Consultants

Ceci Man, RASP B approved BC - Mandarin, Cantonese, English

I hold a Bachelor's degree from Simon Fraser University, where I majored in Linguistics and minored in Special Education. I am currently continuing my professional development through the Disability and Applied Behaviour Analysis (DABA) Certificate program at Douglas College, with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). My journey in behavior intervention truly began in Hong Kong after graduating from SFU, where I also earned my Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

My passion lies in providing early intervention that is not only effective but also joyful and meaningful. I am committed to creating positive, engaging learning environments where every child feels supported, motivated, and empowered to grow. I also highly value group learning, where children have the opportunity to build social connections, develop communication skills, and learn through shared experiences with their peers. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, I support families with compassionate, practical guidance, enhancing both the learning journey and everyday life.

Vanessa Low -  English, Mandarin

Hi, I’m Vanessa! I’m a Junior Behaviour Consultant at With You ABA, and I’m passionate about helping children and young adults build the confidence and skills they need to flourish in their daily lives.

I hold a Master of Education in Special Education with a focus on Autism and Developmental Disabilities from the University of British Columbia, and my background in psychology has shaped me into a strong advocate for mental health and positive self-concept. I believe that every learner deserves to feel seen, capable, and proud of who they are.

In my work, I strive to empower learners to make thoughtful, informed choices, build meaningful relationships, and develop the independence they need to thrive beyond therapy. I value evidence-based practice and emphasize social-emotional learning, self-advocacy, and self-confidence to help each child recognize their strengths and develop the skills to navigate challenges with resilience and pride.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply rooted in preserving each learner’s individuality so they can grow into their most authentic selves.

Grace Son - Korean, English

I am a passionate educator committed to supporting children's growth and development. With nearly 20 years of experience in the education field, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of students—from middle and high school students in South Korea to preschool-aged children, as well as adults, here in Canada. This diverse experience has allowed me to tailor my approach to meet the unique educational needs of individuals across different age groups and backgrounds. I firmly believe in lifelong learning, and I am always pursuing further education and training to enhance my skills and knowledge.

I hold teaching certifications in Canada as well as in South Korea, along with Early Childhood Education (ECE). Additionally, I have a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Graduate Certificate in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. Throughout my career, I have worked in various educational settings as a teacher at schools, Early Childhood Educator, and Behavior Interventionist and Consultant. What truly motivates me in my work is the opportunity to witness the growth and progress of those I work with. The sense of fulfillment I feel when I see their improvements—whether small or large—drives me to continue refining my skills and approaches.

Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about nature and enjoy spending quality time with my family. Camping, kayaking, and traveling are some of my favorite activities, as they allow me to connect with the outdoors and create meaningful experiences. I also have a love for reading books that expand my perspective, challenging me to push beyond my own limits and gain new insights.

Most importantly, I believe that the well-being of the children I work with should extend to their entire family. I sincerely hope to contribute to improving the quality of life for both the children and their families, helping them lead happier, more fulfilling lives.

Helen Chae BCaBA, RASP Category B Approved - Korean, English

I began my career as a Behavior Interventionist in 2020, where I quickly discovered a deep passion for supporting children and their families. Motivated to grow my skills and provide higher‑quality care, I completed the Advanced Certificate in Disability and Applied Behavior Analysis (DABA) at Douglas College in 2023. I went on to complete my supervision hours at With You ABA Centre and proudly became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in January 2026.

My approach is child‑centred and relationship‑based. I believe learning happens best when children feel safe, connected, and motivated. I strive to design fun, engaging interventions so that children are excited to come to the centre. Building strong, trusting relationships is at the heart of everything I do.

I am also deeply committed to parent/caregiver coaching. While therapy time is valuable, caregivers play the most important role in a child’s daily life. My goal is to provide practical, meaningful coaching that helps parents feel confident, supported, and empowered to use effective strategies at home. When families feel capable and informed, children make stronger and more lasting progress.

I am grateful to be part of the dedicated team at With You ABA Centre. It is a privilege to work alongside passionate professionals and to spend my days supporting wonderful children as they grow, learn, and reach their potential. Every child teaches me something new, and I feel truly honoured to be part of their journey.

Jason Kim(Junior BC) - Korean, English

Hi there! I’m Jason Kim — a behavior enthusiast, nature walker, and proud jjambbong lover. I am currently completing a BCBA practicum under Roslie’s supervision while working as a Junior Behavior Consultant.

For the past seven years, I’ve been working closely with amazing kids in school settings, supporting their growth with care, curiosity, and a good dose of fun. I’m all about helping children gain confidence and independence in ways that feel natural and meaningful to them—whether that’s through play, visuals,
or simply slowing down to connect.

More than anything, I’ve always wanted to be a friend they can trust and feel safe with.
My approach? Flexible, respectful, and always relationship-first. I believe every child has their own rhythm, and it’s our job to dance along with them.

A fun fact about me: I love walking in nature and spicy seafood noodle soup (jjambbong is my favorite comfort food!). Looking forward to connecting and being a part of your child’s journey!

Dayeon Choi(Junior BC) - Korean, English

Dayeon also provides SLPa sessions in collaboration with our partnering SLP.

I began my academic journey at the University of British Columbia, earning a Bachelor’s in Speech Sciences with a minor in Early Childhood Education.

I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Professional Education with a concentration in Applied Behaviour Analysis, working toward certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). Also, I am currently completing a BCBA practicum under Roslie’s supervision while working as a Junior Behavior Consultant.

My passion for communication deepened as I realized it extends beyond words to include body language, facial expressions, and other non-speaking forms of connection. Through my studies and experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant, I have developed a strong understanding of how communication and behaviour are deeply intertwined. This integrated perspective allows me to implement strategies that not only support children’s communication skills but also promote positive and meaningful engagement.

I am committed to continual professional growth and to collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to create thoughtful, child-centered, and enjoyable learning experiences that address each child’s unique needs holistically

Interventionists

Elvina Yum - Mandarin, Cantonese, English

Hi~ I am Elvina, a Junior Interventist at With You ABA Centre. I have a Master’s degree in Public Health and a background in working with kids and youth in different settings since 2024 - from preschool programs to youth programs focused on learning and development.

I believe every child is unique, so I focus on building trust, having fun through play, and creating a space where they feel safe and understood. I love celebrating the little wins - whether it is a new word, a shared smile, or a fun moment during a session. I find that play is one of the best ways to connect and learn. Simple activities, like building with blocks or playing pretend, help kids practice skills while having fun!

Even though I am not from this field originally, I truly enjoy working with kids and am excited to be part of their journey and growth. Loved being part of the team and getting to know you all!

Elvera Yum - Mandarin, Cantonese, English

My name is Elvera. I graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I am passionate about working with children and find great fulfillment in helping them develop new skills, gain independence, and navigate challenges.

I enjoy collaborating with children, their families, and my team to implement effective strategies that create lasting, positive behavior changes. It's truly rewarding to see the progress children make as they grow and thrive.

Gloria Chung - Korean, English

Hi! My name is Gloria, and I am one of the Junior Behaviour Interventionists here at With You ABA. I began my BI journey in 2023 and have been passionate about supporting children ever since. Being part of this field has been a rewarding experience, and I’m excited to continue learning and growing alongside the wonderful team here.

My goal is to contribute positively to each learner’s development while also building strong, supportive relationships with families and colleagues. I believe in creating a safe, encouraging environment where every child feels seen, heard, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Through this role, I hope to gain deeper insights into the principles of ABA and further develop the skills needed to make a meaningful impact. I’m so grateful to be part of With You ABA and look forward to the journey ahead!

Riya Gill - Punjabi, English

I'm passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive, and engaging environment where every child I work with has the opportunity to thrive! Outside of my role as a Behaviour Interventionist, I’m pursuing an Honours degree in Psychology and actively involved in multiple research labs, where I explore topics like cognition, lifespan development, and group dynamics.

Most recently, I’ve been working on a project investigating executive function in children experiencing special needs — a research interest that was directly inspired by my hands-on experience in this field.

When working with children, I love incorporating their interests into play and programming, and I believe in meeting them where they’re at — supporting their growth with patience, creativity, and individualized care.

Sue Mo - Korean, English

Hi, I’m Sue.
I really enjoy working with children and watching them grow—whether it’s learning a new word, making eye contact, or simply feeling proud of themselves. Even the smallest moments can be so meaningful, and I feel grateful to be part of those steps.

As a mom of two, I’ve learned how unique each child is and how important it is to meet them with patience, warmth, and understanding. My experience as a parent helps me connect more deeply with both children and families, and it’s shaped the way I support and care for the kids I work with.

Although I’m still new to With You ABA Center, my heart has always been in helping children build confidence, communicate better, and feel connected. I do my best to create a safe, playful, and supportive environment where children can explore and grow at their own pace. I also believe in working closely with families—because we’re all on this journey together.

I’m truly looking forward to getting to know you and your child!

Victoria Chung - Korean, English

Hey! I’m a big lover of art, music, and all the little things that make life feel special. I lead with my heart and lots of empathy—always here to listen and understand. I hope you feel safe, seen, and supported with our team—we’re here for you.

Ashlee Carroll - English, French

Hi! My name is Ashlee, and I graduated from Western University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I’ve always had a passion for working with children and have spent the past decade supporting them in a variety of settings, from being a camp counsellor to volunteering at a speech pathology centre. These experiences have helped shape my love for helping children learn, grow in confidence, and become more independent.

Working as a Junior Behaviour Interventionist has been such a rewarding experience. I truly enjoy getting to know each learner and celebrating their progress, whether it’s a big milestone or a small moment that makes them proud of themselves.

I love incorporating each child’s personality and interests into sessions because it helps them feel comfortable and engaged while they learn, and also helps me connect better with them. My goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where children feel excited to try new things and expand their skills.

I feel very grateful to be part of the With You ABA team and to support the wonderful children and families we work with.

Office Team

Jiwon Woo - Korean, English

I’m a recent graduate from Simon Fraser University, where I concentrated in Human Resources and International Business. I currently work as the Office Manager here at With You ABA, where I take care of many of the clinical-side tasks related to our clients—including the intake process, funding coordination, and general support to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Discovering this field has truly been one of the highlights of my post-grad journey. I never expected to fall in love with the work we do here, but being part of a team that supports children and families in such meaningful ways has been incredibly fulfilling.

It’s a joy to work in an environment where every little progress is celebrated, and I feel proud to contribute to that experience—whether through helping new families get started or supporting the daily operations of our center.

I’m so grateful to be a part of With You ABA and excited to continue growing alongside our amazing team!

William Oh - Korean, English

Hello, my name is William Oh. I am currently working at an ABA centre as an office assistant. I am also a student at SFU, studying Criminology and Psychology. Since Grade 12, I have been volunteering in this field as a supporter. Through these experiences, I have explored new areas and developed skills such as better communication and heightened social awareness.

Ever since I was young, I loved engaging with people. I have volunteered and taught Korean to children at a Korean school. I felt fulfilled and proud whenever students applied what I had taught them. Through my involvement I really enjoyed building connections with the students, getting to know them and their stories.

I am looking forward to meeting many new faces as an assistant and cannot wait to get to know them all. I am happy to participate at the ABA centre and see what comes next.
