Not every child loves finger painting — and that’s okay! 💛

Simple movement activities like balloon tosses, obstacle courses, animal walks, balance games, ball play, and dancing help children strengthen coordination, balance, focus, and body awareness. These activities also support motor planning, listening skills, emotional regulation, and social interaction.
Movement is especially beneficial for children with ADHD, autism, or sensory processing challenges, but it supports every child’s learning and development. Just a few minutes of purposeful movement each day can improve attention, confidence, and overall well-being — all while keeping play fun and engaging
